Mapping your organisational culture


This is a way to get people thinking and talking about the culture of their workplace. Sir Robert Francis identified culture as significant in his Reports on what happened at Mid Staffordshire NHS Trust. And very memorably, one of the gurus of organisational development said

'Culture eats strategy for breakfast'.
